SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping:

Orders take 4 -6 weeks, there is also the possibility of several weeks delay during busy periods.

***PLEASE NOTE that custom designs - those in Tier 1, 2, 3 & 4 can take additional weeks due to the extra design time****

 

If you have any concern with timeframes please contact me before placing the order, as once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is an issue with the order (examples include - missing options, incorrect design, other notable flaws)

- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

- Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations unless requested the same day

- But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Digital downloads

Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
